Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the one-time purchase of “Lifetime” access or “AI Deep Detect” credit packs for the iFillPDF service (“the Service”), offered by the company identified in the Legal Notice (“the Company”) to the customer (“the Customer”). iFillPDF sells no subscription: every order is a single purchase, with no renewal and no recurring charge.

Validation of any order on ifillpdf.com entails full acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which prevail over any other document. The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force on the order date.

2. Offers and pricing

2.1. Offer description

The only paid lever is AI Deep Detect: deep AI field detection that automatically finds and names a form's fields, together with watermark removal on export. Every other feature (checkbox detection, erase, fill, sign, edit) stays free for everyone, with a watermark on export.

iFillPDF offers the following, all as one-time purchases:

• Free — 0 AI Deep Detect, watermark applied on export, unlimited-time access to core features.
• Lifetime — $8.99 paid once: lifetime access to the Service as provided, watermark-free exports, no renewal and no recurring charge.
• 10-credit AI Deep Detect pack — $11 for 10 credits.
• 50-credit AI Deep Detect pack — $38 for 50 credits.
• 200-credit AI Deep Detect pack — $87 for 200 credits.

1 AI Deep Detect credit = 1 document deeply analysed by the AI (fields found, named and attributed). Purchased credits never expire and freely stack together regardless of the pack they came from. No credits are automatically included with the Lifetime offer: it covers access to the Service and watermark removal only.

Prices shown are those displayed in local currency at the time of purchase on the Pricing page, all taxes included (incl. VAT or equivalent where applicable). Prices may vary by billing country and currency, in accordance with Stripe Adaptive Pricing; the final amount is the one shown at order review before payment is confirmed.

2.2. Price changes

The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. A change never affects an already completed purchase: since payments are one-time, there is neither a renewal nor a later price revision. New prices apply only to orders placed after they are published.

2.3. Promotional offers

Any promotional codes are subject to specific conditions (duration, discount cap, number of redemptions). They are not cumulative unless otherwise stated and do not entitle to refund after application.

3. Order

3.1. Order process

To purchase the Lifetime offer or a credit pack, the Customer must:

• create an account on the Service or already be logged in;
• select the desired offer from the Pricing page;
• enter their payment information via Stripe;
• accept these Terms of Sale by ticking the box provided;
• validate the order, which triggers the immediate, one-time payment of the amount shown.

The Customer then receives by email: (i) a payment confirmation, (ii) an order acknowledgment, (iii) a link to these Terms of Sale. The invoice is available in their personal area and sent by email. The purchased Lifetime access or credits are credited to the account immediately after Stripe confirms the payment.

3.2. Order refusal

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular: prior unpaid dispute, suspicion of fraud, use not in accordance with the Terms of Service.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment methods

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Accepted, subject to geographical availability: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local one-shot payment methods (for example Pix in Brazil). Bank details are never stored on the Company's servers.

4.2. One-time payment — no recurring charge

All paid offers (Lifetime, AI Deep Detect credit packs) are one-time purchases. The Customer's payment method is charged only once, at order validation, for the exact amount shown. No renewal, no later automatic charge, and no tacit renewal are ever applied: there is therefore nothing to cancel after the purchase.

4.3. Immediate performance

Upon payment confirmation, the Company immediately performs its obligation: unlocking Lifetime access and/or crediting the purchased AI Deep Detect credits to the Customer's account. This immediate performance is a condition the Customer accepts by validating their order (see article 6, Right of withdrawal).

4.4. Payment default

In the event of a failed payment (declined card, insufficient funds, failed local payment method), the order is not validated: no Lifetime access nor any credits are delivered until Stripe confirms the payment. The Customer may retry the payment at any time.

5. Finality of the purchase

The Lifetime offer and AI Deep Detect credit packs are one-time purchases: there is no subscription to cancel. Once purchased, Lifetime access remains valid for as long as the iFillPDF Service exists, with no action required from the Customer. Purchased AI Deep Detect credits remain available on the account with no expiry, until used.

The Customer may delete their account at any time from their personal area (see Terms of Service, article 3.3); this deletion ends access to the Service but does not entitle the Customer to any refund of purchases already made, unless required by law.

Should the Company cease operating, it undertakes to notify Customers who purchased the Lifetime offer at least 30 days before the Service is discontinued.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer expressly acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun after the Customer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By validating their order, the Customer: (i) expressly requests immediate performance of the Service (unlocking Lifetime access or crediting AI Deep Detect credits), (ii) acknowledges having been informed of the loss of their right of withdrawal upon that performance, (iii) expressly waives it. No request for withdrawal or refund will therefore be admissible once the service has been fully performed.

For business customers (B2B), no right of withdrawal applies in any event.

7. Warranties

The Company warrants the Service in accordance with articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (statutory warranty of conformity) and articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (warranty against hidden defects).

In the event of a major Service failure making Lifetime access or the use of AI Deep Detect credits impossible for more than 7 consecutive days outside scheduled maintenance, the Customer may request appropriate redress (partial refund or additional AI Deep Detect credits), assessed by the Company on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability

The Company's liability is strictly limited to direct damages and is capped at the total amount of sums actually paid by the Customer for the Service (Lifetime purchase and/or AI Deep Detect credit packs). Indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of data, damage to image, commercial or financial damages) are excluded.

The AI provided by the Service is an assistance tool. The Customer retains full responsibility for the filled content, the legal compliance of generated documents, and their transmission to third parties. The Company recommends systematically reviewing documents before signing or sending.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended.

10. Force majeure

The performance of the Company's obligations is suspended in the event of force majeure (notably: failure of critical third-party infrastructure such as Cloudflare, Stripe or Supabase; massive cyberattack; natural disaster; government decision). The Company informs the Customer within 7 days of the occurrence. If the suspension exceeds 30 days, the Customer may request appropriate redress (partial refund or additional AI Deep Detect credits) under article 7 above.

11. Assignment

The Customer may not assign their purchased Lifetime access or AI Deep Detect credits to a third party without prior written agreement from the Company, these rights being strictly personal and tied to their account. The Company reserves the right to assign the contract to a third party (for example in the event of a business transfer), subject to informing the Customer.

12. Modification of the Terms of Sale

The Company may modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The new Terms of Sale apply to orders placed after their publication; purchases already completed remain governed by the Terms of Sale in force on the purchase date.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France), without prejudice to the consumer Customer's right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile (article L. 141-5 of the French Consumer Code).

The consumer Customer may resort to consumer mediation or to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
