Procedure
On the web: sign in and open My profile, then "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page.
In the mobile app: "My account" screen, then "Delete my account".
Confirm the permanent deletion β it runs immediately.
What disappears
All your PDFs stored on Supabase Frankfurt (hard delete, irreversible, no trash β executed within 24 h).
Your profile, your reusable templates, your saved AI pre-fills.
Your one-time payments (Lifetime access, AI Deep Detect credit packs) are final β there is no subscription to cancel and no refund tied to account deletion.
Issued invoices are kept for 10 years on BRK SAS's side for accounting obligations (French Commercial Code Article L123-22 + GDPR derogation Article 17.3.b 'legal obligation').
Before deleting: export your data
Remember to download your important PDFs from Workspace > Documents > "Export all" (ZIP archive) before deletion β no recovery possible afterwards.
If you hesitate or have a doubt (temporary suspension, billing issue, other reason), contact us before deleting: we can often resolve without permanent deletion.
