Invite a collaborator to your workspace

Your workspace can include several teammates who share the same pool of AI Deep Detect credits (bought as one-time packs, never expire) and the same Lifetime watermark-free access. Here is how to invite your team.

Workspace > Team > "Invite a member".

Enter the collaborator's email. A magic link is sent to them.

They accept the invite and join your firm in 30 seconds.

Shared AI Deep Detect credits

AI Deep Detect credits bought by the workspace are pooled between all teammates (no individual sub-quota) β€” one can use most of a pack, the others share the rest, freely.

Each member sees who filled what (internal audit trail by user, exportable CSV from Workspace > Team > "Activity").

The workspace owner (who made the Lifetime and credit pack purchases) can revoke a member at any time, and keeps ownership of all documents even if the collaborator leaves the firm.
