Configure your profile to pre-fill all your PDFs

Sign in, click your avatar in the top right, then "My profile".

You can create multiple profiles (personal, business, partner) — the AI detects which one to use based on the form.

Identity: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, place of birth.

Address: home, business address if different.

Business: VAT ID, company registration number, EU VAT, industry code.

Banking: IBAN, BIC (encrypted at rest with AES-256).

Signature: your scanned signature (uploaded once).

All your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256), hosted in Germany (Frankfurt) on Supabase region eu-central-1.

Never used to train third-party AI (signed DPAs with Google Gemini and AWS Textract excluding training use). You can delete your profile at any time from Settings > Account.

Once your profile is created, import any form into the iFillPDF fill tool: the AI maps your profile fields to detected zones in less than 5 seconds.

For recurring use (freelance invoices, real estate leases, quotes), create a reusable template from Workspace > Templates.
